A source has revealed that the County Judge PP has been interfering in the County Probation Department.  The source says that County Judge Powell Peek has been tampering with his son's urine samples which were being tested for drugs, and has been doing it for quite some time. 

  Is this true Judge Peek?  If it is true, then how long has this been occurring?  Do you and the Probation Department realize that if you have been doing this, and they have been allowing it, that this is a "conspiracy"?

Judge Peek, have you destroyed evidence and tampered with justice? Has the Red River County Probation Department let you tamper with your son's urine samples to affect the outcome of the test for your and his benefit?  Is this true?

 If this is true then how many more departments and officials are involved in this conspiracy to provide the County Judge and his son preferential treatment above the law?? 

Judge, do you know that benefiting personally in any way from your elected position is against the law? At least it would be if we had a County Attorney who would do his job instead of the "VV Express" and Sheriff's Department who victimize the victims and show favoritism to the elite!! Here in this county a Sheriff's Department Deputy got 3 months for Rape of an inmate, which was prosecuted as a "Civil Rights Violation" by the "VV Express" and the inmate gets to die in prison while her attacker goes free. We also can suspect that Judge PP has intervened on at least 6 or 7 more occasions. How many more times has the Judge intervened and we still don't know about them?

Now we hear that the Judge may have been tampering with the drug testing of Steven Peeks urine being done by the Probation Department, and  most probably with their knowledge.  If this has been going on it is a serious violation of State Law.  If the probation department in this county has knowledge of this then a conspiracy exists.  What do the records in the Probation Department show about Steve Peeks Drug Testing, and what or whose have they been testing if they have been doing it at all?

Has a hearing been scheduled to revoke Steve Peeks Probation and send him to TDC where they would send everyone else.  As of this date, no notice of a revocation hearing is in the works.  What kind of preferential treatment are they going to give Judge PP and his son next?  I am sure that if what is revealed above is true that they have more than the Texas Department of Corrections in store for the Judges son!!!!

 It is time for our elected officials, and their families to stop benefiting personally from their elected offices, and our HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS!!!!!!!

Isn't it time for this county to be cleaned up.  If these kinds of things are happening then what kind of place is this.  How many corrupt elected officials and law enforcement officials exist in our County Government if they will conspire to hoodwink justice for the benefit of the County Judge PP's Son?  Will this County ever prosper with these types of individuals, elected officials and law enforcement officials in control.  If they have done this, then what other kinds of things are down there waiting to be dug up and revealed to the light of day?

How long are you, the people going to sit silent while these kinds of things occur?  Do you not care about the kind of  place your children and grand children are being raised, and do you not care about the elected officials, peace officers, and justice system they are looking up too?  If you don't do anything, you might as well be handing those kids the dime of meth for them to snort yourself,  OR DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT.
