E-Mail Opinion from Citizen concerning MD Whittle Precinct 2!!  Come on now guys, this is RR County.   This is just one of the perks of being a commissioner and then leaving office after being defeated in an election.  As the County Judge would say, "It may not be right but this is the way we've always done it."  EH
