Rufus Ward, an Honest Man

I want everyone to know that I respect and admire Rufus Ward.  He may be one who preaches to you in one breath and cusses you in the next, but I really and truly admire and respect the man.  I do not believe that he has one ounce of criminal malice in his entire body.  What the "Good Ole Boys" are trying to do to him is "Anything and Everything" and I want to be the first one in this County to stand up and tell them so.  Rufus is a straight forward God Fearing Christian.  He may be a little rough around the edges, but "Let him without sin cast the first stone."  I got to know this man while I was writing for "The Star", and he was the only Commissioner out of the four who was willing to talk to the people and "Tell it like he saw it."  He is definitely trying to do his job as Commissioner "For the Good of the People, and Not for Personal Gain."  That is ten tons more than any of the "Good Ole Boys" have ever done, or will ever do in their entire lifetimes. 

This indictment against Rufus Ward is a crock of shit.  I say it like this because this is what this is.   Any DA or County Attorney that would do this is not worth his salt, and needs to have his butt kicked until both of his eyes turn black.  They have blown his actions way out of proportion to get this indictment.  The "Good Ole Boys" were mad at him, and went looking for a little "Anything and Everything" to persecute him with.  I can guarantee all of the people that these "Good Ole Boys" have done a hell of a lot worse, and just have not been exposed yet.  Their time is coming.  I would take this man over all of the "Good Ole Boys" any day of the week.  I would certainly take him over the Justice System in this County.  This man is a good man.  This man is a hard working man.  This man is a Honest man.  This man believes in God.  This man has more honesty in the end of his little pinkie than all of the "Good Ole Boys" in Red River County.

So, Rufus I hope that you understand that this posting is not meant to embarrass you or your family in any way.  I want the people to know that they did this to you, but when one of the "Good Ole Boys" runs a Criminal History background check that is   Illegal as hell, and lets a convicted felon handle a high powered rifle and point it across the court house parking lot, and they do nothing about it, that their "actions speak louder than their words."  I want you to know that I understand your intentions in these matters,  and they were not and did not hurt the good people of Red River County because you did not and never would intend them too, and there damn sure was no personal gain in it for you.  Your character itself proves to me that there was no criminal malice in those actions, and I hope and pray that the good people in your Precinct and in Red River County know that also.    The people who belong in jail are the ones who are breaking our laws that are supposed to be upholding our laws, and definitely doing it with malice.

They did this in Lamar County because they knew that they could not slip such BS by anyone in Red River County, so they had to sneak off and do it.  I Believe that this is called "SELECTIVE PROSECUTION"  is it not mr. county attorney val varley?  The VV Express rolls again!!!
