A link was sent to me in an e-mail by Brian Beers.  I hope he did not mind me publishing his name, (he did not request me to withhold his name) so I want him to know how much we appreciate this!! 

This request was brought about when "The Star" was still in print.  We (JoAnne) and myself pushed for this review, and the commissioners court passed it.  I am proud that the elected officials participated in the review, because it was a voluntary participation on their part even though the commissioners court voted in favor of it.

"Thanks to Brian!", we can all look at the review, and it is a very interesting report, from what I have gleaned so far.  I hope that all of you take the time to look it over.
