VV's office responds to Open Records Request

If you click on the link above this line, you will see the letter sent to me by V V's office.  As expected, the "Good Ole Boys" are definitely at it again.  First, note by looking at the bottom of the page, that he did not even bother to sign it.  This tells me that he probably delegated this, after lengthy discussion to his Investigator Mark Perkins.  Investigator Perkins has made a mistake though.  If you will look at this link, Perkins E-Mail you will notice that the e-mail is addressed from markperkins@valornet.com.  This is Mark Perkins e-mail address at VV's office.  I know this, because I sold the County Attorney his computers, and set them up for him.  While I was there, they purchased internet access from Valor Telecom.  When they did, I was the one who hooked up the service, and set up their e-mail addresses, see leighroberts@valornet.com which is VV's secretary.  You will notice that most of the law enforcement in RR County uses yahoo.com, or hotmail.com as e-mail accounts, take a look again at  Perkins E-Mail, and you will see what I mean.  That is because that it takes someone who knows a little about computers to set up IP (Internet Provider) e-mail.  If you look at Doug Smith's (City of Manager at Clarksville), you will notice that his is citymanager@cebridge.net.  That is because I set up his account when I was working on the city's computers.  Notice all the others mail is aol, which the aol software sets up automatically, or hotmail, or yahoo, and not set up in Windows (Outlook Express).  Amazing isn't it that I can show you how this works, and you understand.  That is because I know from working on these computers a long time. So when he (VV, or Investigator Perkins) states that there are no e-mails on their computers, I say he is telling a falsehood, because everyone stores their e-mails on their machines until they are so full the hard drive is about to burst.  I worked on Investigator Perkins Computer so long I know what his Windows (Outlook Express) Inbox, and Sent Box had in it. So either VV has just said something false, or more than likely Investigator Perkins has said it for him, and VV just did not have the time to do it, or did not want to sign his name to something he knows is false.  Why are the "Good Ole Boys" playing games?  Hell, all of us know that, because we are not stupid.  I am sure they erased their e-mail as soon as I made the request. All of us know that Perkins sent the e-mail, from this Perkins E-Mail.  Perkins and his boss VV are not even men enough to admit it.  If this isn't Corrupted, I can't imagine what is!!!!!  Just another example of the Corrupted RR County Good Ole' Boys, riding on the VV Express.
