It seems that there is a task force working on Jury Selection in The State of Texas.  This task force was appointed by the Texas Supreme Court, and is working under their orders.  Take a close look at the following links, including the e-mail address of the Staff Attorney for Public Information located at the top of the page.  This is for comments from citizens of the Counties if you are so inclined.
